Return Policy

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product. All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached to them. Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Ugochi Iwuaba will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s). 

To begin a return, contact Customer Service at sales@ugochiiwuaba.com . Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time (February to October) and Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 8PM Eastern Standard Time (November to January), holidays excluded. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.
